Each robe features:

Not Happy with Custom Robe

I have repeatedly contacted you by phone and email with no resolution. This attempt will be added to my PayPal case.

Received our custom order JR2911 on the 11/29th. The sleeve length is correct when measured per your instructions: 33" The problem is that the distance from the underarm seam to the end of the cuff is only 14.5 inches... which greatly restricts arm movement. In contrast, the shirt I'm currently wearing... the distance from the underarm seam to the end of the cuff is 20"... enabling me to raise my arms. The robe is literally unusable as designed and/or constructed (unless you only have your arms straight down by your side). I would like to return the robe and get reimbursed for the cost including all shipping charges. Thanks for your attention to this matter,

What is the material of your gowns? Washing Instructions?

Our gowns are all made of 100% polyester. Purely made polyester, like our products, is extremely strong, extremely durable and has excellent properties such as being hydrophobic in nature that leads to quick-drying and stain resistance.

We recommend dry cleaning for all of our products in order to keep the integrity of the garment. However, our products can be washed in a machine using the gentle cycle or handwashed. For drying, please hang dry. The material can be ironed on a low setting.

Is a garment bag included with my order?

Garment bag has to be added in your cart if you wish to have one.

How to select my size?

For In-stock Robes:

You need to provide us with each customer's height with shoes on for the gown and weight. You do not need to provide cap size as our standard caps are one size fits all with elastic. Please see the our size chart. 

For Custom Robes:

We would appreciate it if you could take the time to reconfirm that you measured each part of body and got the correct measurements for your custom judge robe. We want to make sure that the robe fits you correctly and you are happy with what we are providing you. In addition, all custom robes are non-exchangeable or refundable so it’s important measurements are done correctly the first time.

Please confirm:

  • Shoulder width (from tip of the shoulder, across the back, to the opposite side tip of the shoulder)
  • Sleeve length (middle neck to shoulder to wrist, refer to our measuring guidelines page)
  • Chest measurement
  • Waist measurement
  • Length of the gown
  • Height (from head to toe with shoes)

 - The gown length is measured on the backside - from top middle neckline, straight down to bottom length of hem.

- The neckline sits a little bit higher than the shoulder line - there can be a 1-2" difference.

 - Gown lengths will normally hang to the middle of the shins (multiple inches above ankles).

 -For the sleeve length, we normally ask to measure up to the wrist, but if you prefer it longer, let us know how long you need it.
